Baseball but not the Reds

So, in the midst of no wisdom teeth, the family and I went to a baseball game. If you read my bio, it explains that I am from Cincinnati. Cincinnati + Baseball =(usually) the Reds but not us. We do like to go to Reds games and by go I mean walk from the kitchen to the living room and sit on the couch and watch the game . . . but we decided to switch it up and go see a game played by the Florence Freedom in Florence Kentucky.

The Florence Freedom is an independent professional team and part of the Frontier League of Professional Baseball which encompasses West Virginia, eastern Kentucky and southwest Ohio. The league is now comprised of twelve teams.

So the family went down to Florence and caught a game. It was complete with baseball players, baseballs, and mascots. Our seats were great too, three rows up, directly behind first base, right next to the Florence Freedom dugout . . . and there was no net to protect us from foul balls. Not that many came our way but I was ready to jump and duck. Gretchen decided to hid behind a nacho chip.

The Freedom won the game, which capped off a great afternoon. I want to go back and see another game because it was a small venue, lots of fun, and nice to watch (*big smile).

Have a great one.

Pictures: The first is of the between innings eyeball race. Second is of one of the Freedom's mascots. Third is the view from out seats. Fourth is the Gretchen.

There are certain interview questions that invite jobseekers to get negative: Why did you leave this company (especially if your tenure was short or if you were laid off)? Tell me about a difficult boss/ client/ work situation. What are your weaknesses? FX trading investors know that the key to successfully utilizing a forex trading platform is to make predictions about the economic climate. Forex trading hinges on reading the economic status of a country in order to accurately guess whether its currency will be increasing or decreasing. The economy is a fickle thing, and as the 2008 crash taught us, anything can create a slide that is difficult to stop once it begins. Being able to identify the factors that cause these declines is important; the people who recognized the bad mortgages and worse insurance deals that were being done probably made a fortune in the decline of the US dollar. But possibly even more important for forex brokers to be successful is noticing the clues that suggest currency movement. These factors are not the actual causes, but they instead hint at future decrease or increase in currency value. Acknowledging these factors will allow for profitable FX trading. It will be interesting to see whether these huge heights in pay are curbed after the General Election, whoever ends up winning. The public wants to see better results and better services, not huge unwarranted salaries being paid out. To this end, news from the central government () and local authorities regarding public sector salaries will be very interesting to keep up with as time goes on. Salary: $25,727
